These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Robora mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App" or "Service").

Robora is owned and operated by Robora LLC, a company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

Robora for Christ provides Bible passages and audio Scripture intended for devotional, educational, and spiritual encouragement purposes.

The App may include features such as:

Bible passages based on selected life situations, including relationships, healing, finances, and spiritual growth;
Audio playback of Bible passages;
Background audio playback;
Customizable notification schedules;
Saving favorite passages and personal collections;
Multiple Bible translations;
User accounts and synchronization of saved content.

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use the App.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information;
Keep your login credentials secure;
Maintain the confidentiality of your account;
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not:

Create an account using false information;
Impersonate another person;
Use another user's account without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your account directly within the App.

Upon deletion:

Your account and associated personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law;
Saved favorites and collections may be permanently removed;
Certain information may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes.

Deleted accounts may not be recoverable.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by the billing terms of those platforms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.

Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable.

6. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

Copy, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App;
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
Interfere with the operation or security of the App;
Use the App in violation of applicable laws.

7. Bible Translations and Copyright Notices

The App may include text and audio based on various Bible translations. All Scripture quotations, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights remain the property of their respective copyright owners and publishers.

The inclusion of these Bible translations within the App does not grant users any ownership rights in the underlying copyrighted materials.

Users may use the Bible content solely for personal, devotional, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with applicable copyright laws and any licensing terms required by the respective copyright holders.

8. User Content

You may save favorite Bible passages and create personal collections.

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and synchronize such information solely to operate and improve the Service.

9. Notifications and Background Services

The App may deliver notifications and audio Scripture according to your selected preferences.

Delivery depends on your device settings and third-party services. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery.

You may disable notifications through your device settings or within the App.

10. No Professional Advice

The App provides spiritual and devotional content only.

The App does not provide:

Medical advice;
Mental health treatment;
Financial advice;
Legal advice;
Professional counseling.

The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, financial, or legal condition or issue.

Always seek qualified professional advice regarding your specific circumstances.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful purposes;
Upload malicious code;
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
Interfere with the operation of the Service;
Abuse support services or other users.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

MERCHANTABILITY;
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
NON-INFRINGEMENT;
UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION;
ERROR-FREE OPERATION;
ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT.

YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

USE OF THE APP;
INABILITY TO USE THE APP;
LOSS OF DATA;
SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS;
RELIANCE ON APP CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE PREVIOUS TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

14. Third-Party Services

The App may rely upon third-party providers, including:

Apple App Store;
Google Play Store;
Firebase Analytics;
Firebase Crashlytics;
Cloud hosting providers;
Push notification providers.

Use of such services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

15. International Users

The App is distributed worldwide.

By using the Service, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries.

16. Export Compliance

You agree not to use the App in violation of United States export laws or sanctions.

17. Electronic Communications

By creating an account and using the App, you consent to receive electronic communications regarding your account and the Service.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms;
We are required to do so by law;
Continued operation creates legal, operational, or security risks.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective when posted in the App or on our website.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
